Ken's Taxi and Tours Jamaica and Ken's Wheel Chair Service and Tours Company Ltd. is a family owned/operated company with offices at Lot 27, Seaview Drive, Hopewell, Hanover. The Directors of the company, Renville 'Ken' Smythe and his wife Donette have been serving the Tourism Industry for over twenty three (23) years, providing first-class, quality, safe and affordable taxi/tour services in Jamaica. Our fleet of vehicles include: 35-seater coaches, 25-seater Coasters, 16-seater Hiace High Tops , 12-seaters and 10-seaters, all fully air-conditioned.

Our core business for years have been personalized airport transfers/tours/fulltime van and driver service to visitors staying mainly in private villas in Montego Bay/Discovery Bay, /Runaway Bay/Negril/Ocho Rios areas.

Based on our observation of the growing need for wheel chair accessible transport in the industry, in June 2005, we decided to expand our taxi and tour services to include the provision of vehicles with automatic wheel chair lifts.

Our vans are Toyota Hiace 'high tops' ,all air-conditioned, equipped with automatic lifts that allows wheel chair passengers easy, hassle free entry/exit to vehicles and clients can relax and be comfortably transported to their destination in their wheel chairs.

All our drivers are Jamaica Tourist Board trained and certified to provide professional chauffeur/tour guide services to the clients.

Our principal focus is on quality service and ensuring that all our clients have an excellent and memorable experience. We practice going the 'extra mile', as we believe our clients' satisfaction is of utmost importance.
